Live Selling rules and regulations
1. An Admin staff member will message you regarding your invoice within 24 hours, or you may message us to confirm you item(s).
2. Cancellation of items is strictly prohibited unless necessary. If you must cancel, please inform us within 24 hours so we can offer the item to other interested buyers.
3. Unconfirmed orders after 3 days will be automatically cancelled if there is no payment or responses from the buyer. Repeated offense may result in blacklisting.
4. Payment must be made within 3 business days upon receiving the invoice.
5. Changing items is not allowed once payment has been made, unless there is an undisclosed flaw in the item.

7. Please send us a screenshot of your payment as proof.
8. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE / NO CANCELLATION once payment has been made.
9. We ship within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. (for PH clients, please wait for our LBC pick-up schedule.)
10. Shipping will be discussed upon invoicing (We primarily use DHL for international shipping, but occasionally use EMS. For PH customers, we only use LBC as our courier. )
11. Please note that to avoid customs tax, we declare items at undervalued rates. Because of this, we are not liable for any loss, damage or delay during transit, although such cases are rare.
12. If you prefer to declare the full value of the item for protection, please inform us. However, you will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
